The Facilities Connect implementation is estimated to take two years, to account for information migration and the training needs for such a large user base. Our goal is to help make your job easier. To do that, we will use this implementation period as an opportunity to streamline workflow and make the system work for all of Facilities Management.

Meet Our New Team Members

We are excited to introduce two new team members on the Facilities Connect team, Scott Reiter and Christy Moody. Please visit our Meet the Team page to see all members of the broader team.

Scott Reiter joins us as the Facilities Connect Project Management Lead. Scott reports to Angela Walker Williams, Assistant Vice President of Facility Services, and has the responsibility for the overall delivery of the Facilities Connect system. He will serve as a bridge between Facilities leadership and the teams needed to deliver the project. Scott will primarily focus on project administration, quality and satisfaction, and project thought leadership.

Scott most recently came from Aon Hewitt, where he drove the strategy, plan and multi-year development of a cloud based human capital management solution. Previous to that, Scott was at Accenture where he was the co-founder and director of Accenture's user experience consulting practice and helped design engaging and efficient experiences for some of the world's most trafficked websites and complex applications.

Christy Moody supports Facilities Connect as Manager of Change Management and Training. In the role, Christy reports to Jessica Bollhoefer, Facilities Director, Innovation and Engagement, and will lead change management, training, and engagement for project implementation. 

Christy comes to Northwestern from Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), where she worked in their change management practice. In the role, she supported software implementations at various Fortune 500 companies, fostering user adoption and delivering change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, and training strategies.
