The Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship
Program has two components, one for undergraduate study and one for graduate study.

for each track. Successful applicants demonstrate academic achievement and outstanding
leadership skills, and they must be extraordinarily committed to a career in foreign
service, as each candidate is obligated to a minimum of 4½ years' participation
in Foreign Service following their award tenure. |
