Chicago Campus

Abbott Hall, location of SSD's Chicago office, click to enlargeThe Office of Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) is a unified office with two locations (one on the Chicago campus and one on the Evanston campus) to better serve its students. In general, students with disabilities who take classes on the Chicago campus should register and work with the Chicago SSD Office (located on the 5th floor of Abbott Hall, 710 N. Lake Shore Drive).

Therefore, students with disabilities in the Law School, Feinberg Medical School, Physical Therapy, Physician's Assistant, Kellogg PT MBA program, the Graduate School programs, Prosthetics and Orthotics, and Continuing Studies (with classes mostly in Chicago) are encouraged to contact and register with the Chicago SSD Office.

Email Tim Montgomery or email Candice Gant, who both look forward to serving you at the SSD Office in Chicago. Please see students with disabilities on the Chicago campus for more information.

To make an appointment or for further information, please see the contact us page. For assistance with locating the office and parking, please see our maps and directions page.
