Stress Management 101
Fall 2009
The CAPS Stress Management 101 meets once a week for four weeks.
Each session is one hour.
The workshop is designed to serve as a resource for students
who are experiencing problems such as concentration difficulties,
procrastination, feelings of anxiety (including test anxiety),
or other forms of distress which arise in connection with personal
or academic stressors.
Stress Management 101 provides:
Opportunities to identify physical and emotional symptoms
that let you know when you are under stress.
