Relaxation and Mindfulness Techniques

Fall 2009

Learning ways to relax, unwind, and de-stress your body can help you feel better, study more efficiently and effectively, and be more healthy in mind, body, and spirit.

This module of the stress management clinic teaches a variety of relaxation techniques that students can use.


This four-part workshop will be held a number of different times on Evanston Campus.

Group I:  Fridays, October 9, 16, 23 &30
Group II: Fridays, November 6, 13, 20 & December 4
