Emotional Intelligence and Intimate Relationships Workshop
This workshop is designed for all who are interested in learning more about love relationships. The workshop will provide participants with information about what makes a relationship healthy, why relationships succeed and fail, how to improve current relationships, and what to look for in future relationships.
One does not have to currently be in a relationship to participate in this workshop.
All singles and couples are welcome.
This workshop will cover:
- Learning from State of the Art Empirical Research on Why Love Relationships Succeed and Fail
- Developing Emotional Intelligence Through Relationship Enhancement
- Understanding how Gender and Personality Differences Influence Love Relationships
- Exploring How Family of Origin Experiences Affect Intimate Relationships
- Managing Conflict through Relationship Skills Training
- Strengthening Friendship with Your Loved Ones
Please note that this workshop is three sessions, each of which is one and one-half hours in length. Students are asked to come to all sessions as they build upon one another.
