Associated Student Government Committee
Welcome to the CAPS-ASG homepage! My name is Allie Gallerani and I'm the current chair of the CAPS Advisory committee. Our group was created to act as a liaison between faculty and students, but we've taken on several projects to help further the mission of CAPS: cultivating healthy minds and balanced lives. As a student, it is all too easy to become overwhelmed by the pressures of school, relationships, and new-found independence and responsibilities. I wanted to join this group to help spread the message that it is extremely easy and beneficial to take advantage of the wide variety of services offered at CAPS. No student should have to face any problem alone - regardless of the scale - and CAPS is dedicated to helping students in any capacity. I hope that you'll stop by our beautiful new facility and I encourage you to explore the links on this site. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please e-mail me at email@example.com.

CAPS-ASG Student Committee Chair
Brief History and Mission of the Committee
During the academic year 2003-2004, CAPS formed a student committee with the Northwestern University Associated Student Government. The purpose for forming the CAPS-ASG Student Committee was to create and maintain a dialogue between students and the CAPS administration. As the voice of the students, the mission of the committee is to assist CAPS in strategizing about how to provide quality mental health services to the Northwestern community, as well as to promote mental health wellness and awareness on campus.
