Northwestern University's Career Services provides comprehensive and centralized assistance to all undergraduate, most graduate students and alumni. We provide the guidance, tools, resources, and connections to improve your assessment, research, planning, decision making, marketing, negotiating, and evaluative skills. We do this by offering an array of services including career counseling and advising, workshops, career fairs, on-campus interviewing, employer presentations and mock interviews to help you achieve your career goals - whether that is securing internships, entry level and experienced positions, or pursuing graduate and professional education.
University Career Services connects students to employers in the profit, non-profit and government sectors, in a wide range and type of opportunities. Employers value Northwestern graduates because as employees, they are top performers, fast learners and highly retainable. Northwestern students who use University Career Services are twice as likely to be employed or in graduate school at time of graduation than those who do not use services.
