Today, more than any other time in history, career development is considered a lifelong process. Career development is for everyone, not just for college freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors. But the best time to start is during the college years.

Career and/or job changes have become much more frequent. People can and often do find themselves having to make a new career or job decision at any time. For this reason, having excellent skills for assessing self, exploring options, making decisions and implementing plans is critical today.

The mission of University Career Services is to assist your sons and daughters in developing these skills and provide them with necessary and helpful services and resources.

In addition, you as parents, have an extraordinary influence on your children. We invite you to be partners with us in their career development.
