- International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBF) - The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans is the largest educational association serving the employee benefits and compensation industry. A nonprofit, nonlobbying organization since its inception over 50 years ago, the Foundation is a resource for objective, accurate and timely information.
