The Strong Interest Inventory

The Strong Interest Inventory is a web-based interest inventory that assesses student's interest in each of Holland's six themes and compares student's interests with the interests of people employed in over 100 occupations. It is based on The Holland Model describes both personalities and occupations as a combination of six basic themes, Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a personality inventory based on the theories of Carl Jung. It can help you to identify strengths and weaknesses, and what types of environments suit your personality.

Other Assessments

Other assessments offered by UCS include The Values Cards Sort, and the Skills Card Sort. Card sorts can help you organize your skills and values to give you more information about yourself as you go though the other steps of career decision making process.
