On Campus Recruiting is an excellent way to reach Northwestern students in a convenient and productive way. From our 26 room interview center, to helping you schedule on campus events and information sessions, our office is devoted to offering your organization the best service.

Logistics- Day at the Interview Center

Our staff is ready to greet you for your day of interviews at 7:30 AM. Once you have parked your car and enter the building our staff will greet you and show you to your assigned interview room and lobby. In the meantime and throughout the day, please help yourself to snacks, coffee, tea and water provided in our Employer’s Lounge. If you have any questions, please ask the Employer Relations Specialist or Associate Director of Employer Relations.

Information Sessions

Information Sessions can be held 2-3 weeks prior to your resume submission deadline. And UCS recommends organizations schedule Pre-night sessions to occur the night before the event or on-campus interviews.

Locations

There is no cost for reserving a room on-campus for employer presentations. Norris University Center, The Smart Classrooms, or your choice of off-campus locations (for help contact Dianne Siekmann at d-siekmann@northwestern.edu).

Shipping Materials to Campus

You may ship presentation and pre-night materials to Norris University Center, if they will arrive one day prior to your event. Be certain to mark your boxes with your organization’s name and the date of your event. Norris University Center Address: 1999 Campus Drive, Evanston, IL 60208.
