• Arriving
  The Interview Center and Staff are ready to receive recruiters by 7:30am.
  
• Parking
  Recruiters will park in the lot that surrounds the Center and will receive a Northwestern University Visitors’ Parking Pass when they come into the building.
  
  
• Recruiter Lounge
• Kitchen
  Coffee, Water, Tea and snacks are available all day in the recruiter lounge. Feel free to help yourself! For your convenience, frozen meals are also available.
• Internet Access
  Our facility has internet cable connections to connect to your laptop to use throughout the day. These cable connections are located in the waiting room on the second floor. The building is expected to have wireless service shortly.
  
  
• Lunch
• Northwestern University Dining Halls
  Elder Dining hall is located next to the Center and offers a great selection of cuisine and the real college experience!
• Delivery
  Many local restaurants will deliver to our facility. Complete menus and phone numbers for restaurants are located in the recruiter lounge in a binder. For assistance with ordering, see the Front Desk receptionist.
• Downtown Evanston
  If you prefer to drive to downtown Evanston, it is a mere 1.5 miles away, and offers a wide selection of first class restaurants. The complete list can be found here, on the Northwestern University Restaurant Guide, http://restaurant.asg.northwestern.edu/
• Within walking distance
  Only 4 blocks away on Noyes Street is a quaint row of 6 restaurants, including, Al’s Deli (deli sandwiches – closed Wednesday), Rollin’ to Go (Italian cuisine), Kim’s Kitchen (Bakery, Soups, Sandwiches), D & D Dogs (Greek, American, Fried), Mandarin House (Chinese & Korean), Noyes Street Café (American, Greek). To Noyes Street from the Interview Center: walk 2 blocks west and 2 blocks south.
  
  
• Room Assignments
  The Interview Center Manager will escort you to your assigned floor and rooms when you arrive.
  
  
• Missed Interviews
  Our policy states that students must cancel interviews at least 2 business days in advance of the interview. If a student misses his/her interview, please fill out our Missed Interview Form for our records so that we can follow up with them.
  
• End of the day
  The building will close at 6:00pm unless other arrangements are made with Dianne Siekmann, ucs-recruiting@northwestern.edu.
  
• Feedback
  Feedback is always welcome and requested! Rapid feedback forms can be found in each interview room, as well as at the Front Desk. For additional comments please contact Dianne Siekmann, Employer Relations or Stephanie Durant, Interview Center Manager.
