Meet the Career Ambassadors
Danny Kim, Senior Career Ambassador
My name is Danny and I'm a senior majoring in Economics and Psychology from Indianapolis, Indiana. Some of the best things I've found offered by UCS for students are CareerCat and the many different fairs throughout the year. I joined the Career Ambassador team to better learn how to build resumes and apply for internships in order to help out my peers and act as a resource, and now this is my 3rd year with UCS. I enjoy eating all sorts of foods at all kinds of places and playing/watching most sports especially football with the Colts.
Sue Kim, Outreach Coordinator
My name is Sue and I am a senior majoring in Economics and Psychology. This year will be my 3rd year with UCS, and I've enjoyed every minute of it! As a Career Ambassador I love meeting with students from all schools to share the wonderful knowledge and resources UCS has to offer. I'm originally from Minnesota, so in my spare time (when the weather permits) I enjoy being at the lake jet skiing, windsurfing, and soaking up the sun.
My name is Ryan and I am a pre-senior majoring in Materials Science and Engineering.
As a Career Ambassador, I hope to help students feel more comfortable with writing
resumes and the job search process. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, playing sports, and card games. On campus I am heavily involved in both the Mat Sci Club and Material Advantage. I look forward to working with you!

majoring in Economics, with a minor in Business Institutions. I’m passionate
about pursuing a career in finance, and invest my time on campus in the Institute
for Student Business Education and philanthropy projects. I hope to use this
experience and training as a Career Ambassador to help other students preparefor and make the most of their career search.

Apart from being a Career Ambassador, I am one of the events coordinators for the African Students Association.I decided to become a Career Ambassador to develop skills that will allow me to serve as a resource to my peers regarding career related decisions. UCS has many helpful resources for the internship and job search and I'm glad to let others know about these resources. In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies and doing creative things like jewelry making and fashion designing. I also love working with little kids!

My name is Britt and I’m a senior majoring in English and Radio/Television/Film from Richmond, Virginia. I became a Career Ambassador to help students from all schools familiarize themselves with UCS resources and put my English major to work revising cover letters and résumés—something that I love doing! So far, I have really enjoyed learning the intricacies of the internship/job search process and getting to know all of the wonderful UCS staff members. Aside from working as a CA, I’m involved in A&O, Swim Club, and a humor magazine. I also just started taking an improv class downtown and it’s quickly becoming the highlight of my week!
My name is Tracy, and I am a junior double majoring in Economics and Learning and Organizational Change. Since becoming a Career Ambassador, I’ve learned how to build an impressive resume and fully take advantage of all the resources provided by UCS. I’m excited to pass this information along to my fellow Northwestern colleagues! Aside from working as a Career Ambassador, I’m an active member of the co-ed business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi, my sorority Alpha Chi Omega, and China Care, an organization on campus that teaches adopted Chinese children about Chinese culture. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, learning about new cultures, and going to concerts.
