Arts and Culture
From exhibitions and lectures to concerts and theater productions, Northwestern offers a wide variety of arts programming that is open to the public. When you attend an arts event on campus, you have the opportunity to see future artists practice their craft.

Music
Each year, Bienen School of Music students, faculty, and guest artists showcase their talents at hundreds of performances at Pick-Staiger Concert Hall.

Theater and Dance
With special programs in acting, musical theater, dance, and performance studies, the School of Communication teaches students to build their skills on the stage. Watch them train at the Theatre and Interpretation Center’s many theater, musical theater, and dance productions each year.

Visual Art
The Mary and Leigh Block Museum brings world-renowned art to campus through four galleries housing temporary exhibitions, the Print Study Center to display works from the collections, and a 150-seat auditorium to screen films. Student artists also take advantage of undergraduate and graduate programs in Art Theory and Practice and the student-run Dittmar Gallery.
