Troubleshooting: Transcript Errors

This section addresses problems you might have when you try to retrieve your unofficial transcript.

Error Message or Situation

Explanation

Report not created - negative service indicator exists.

You have a transcript hold on your account, and you will be unable to get a transcript until you resolve the hold. Return to the Welcome! page by clicking on the CAESAR button at the top of the navigation menu and review the holds that appear. Each hold should contain instructions for resolving the hold.
