It's time again for the 7th Annual Midwestern Microscopy and Microanalysis Society (M3S) meeting. Join us Friday March 28 for Near Zero. Click here to download the M3S 2008 Agenda.
New space, new face! It's demos,
vendors, food, and fun! We want to thank everyone who has
supported BIF and for being a part of this past year. Along
with the M3S meeting, BIF is hosting our 2nd Annual
User Appreciation Day Thursday,
March 27th from 11a - 5p! Come for demonstrations on new
instruments. Talk with vendors and corportate representatives — bring
in your specimen and ask the experts! Meet our new staff.
Attend workshops and lectures. Get a look at our new module!
As part of our celebration, we will be holding
a "Name the new module" contest! Come with your best ideas
for names for our two locations — Hogan 5-120 and
5-150. Rather than continue with "Old BIF/New BIF" or "BIF
1/BIF 2", we want to hear what great ideas you can come
up with!
Drop your names in the box at User Appreciation
Day, and enjoy the rest of the celebration. A winner will
be announced Tuesday April 1 online. Along with the satisfaction
of coming up with the best name, the winner will also receive
a gift certificate to one of Evanston's great restaurants!
