4) Communicating with Confidence

Communicating with Confidence
Thursdays: October 25, November 1 & November 8
5:00-6:00pm @ CAPS Life Skills Center, 619 Emerson

This workshop series is designed to help one develop assertive communication skills. The workshop will cover the difference between assertiveness and aggressiveness. Participants will learn the four types of basic assertion, and will practice assertiveness skills in session. Internal and external obstacles to assertive communication will be addressed as well as strategies to overcome them.

Please note this is a three-part workshop. Participants are asked to attend each session.
