ANUW, the Association of Northwestern University Women, is committed to encouraging and supporting all women at Northwestern University who are interested in professional development.

Our goals are to:
  • help advance women's careers in administration
  • build networks for the exchange of information
  • foster a sense of community among women
  • serve as role models and mentors for other women

We seek to ensure diversity within our membership and leadership, and to advocate for diversity and equity within the administration at Northwestern University.
