Patricia Todus Honored with Top Leadership Award in Technology
Patricia Todus, Northwestern University Information Technology Deputy CIO and Associate Vice President, has been honored as an information communication technology professional in higher education by the Association for Information Communications Technology Professionals in Higher Education, ACUTA.
ACUTA has awarded Todus its highest level of recognition, the Bill D. Morris Award, named for a past ACUTA president and given to the member that most exemplifies dedication, vision, professionalism, and leadership.
With a strong vision for the future, Todus continues to lead strategic IT planning at Northwestern. She helped to develop a degree program for telecommunications and served as a faculty member, lending her own real-world experiences to the classroom.
Todus is a member of ACUTA, served as president in 2005-2006, and currently serves as chair of both the Higher Education Advisory Panel and the prestigious Forum for Strategic Leadership in Information Communications Technology.
In recognition of her achievement, Todus was presented with the award on April 21 at the 38th Annual Conference and Exhibition in Atlanta, Ga.
ACUTA, the Association for Information Communications Technology Professionals in Higher Education, is an international non-profit educational association serving colleges and universities.
