Note:
  • Fund # identifies the account type.
  • Area # identifies the school or administrative group.
  • Org # identifies the particular account.
  • Alpha suffix or prefix in the org# identifies a single department within an area.
  • Endowment Income fund # is the Endowment Principal fund # Minus 3000. (Example 2199 is the

    Income fund # for the Endowment # 5199.)
  • Agency account orgs are generally all numeric; however in some areas,because of the volume
    of org numbers we now have to use alpha suffixes.
