Commitment to Career Development

Academic Services encourages student-athletes to develop and pursue career and life goals. To this end, we have teamed up with University Career Services (UCS) to develop workshops and resources and provide individual assistance.

Career advising:

The Office of Academic Services and Student Development has a collaborative relationship with the University Career Services Department (UCS) on campus.

Every Monday, Jose Santos, Assistant Director for Liberal Arts, meets individually with student-athletes at Anderson Hall from 3:00-5:00PM.  During these meetings Jose assists student-athletes in creating and critiquing resumes, interviewing skills, personal statements for grad school, and much more.
