No-Show Policy Agreement

I understand that I must contact the tutor at least 24 hours in advance if I cannot attend a scheduled individual tutoring session. If I am more than 10 minutes late or miss a session, I understand the following repercussion will take place:

1st no-show:

  • Academic advisor in Athletics is notified
  • Student is warned

2nd no-show:

  • Academic advisor in Athletics is notified
  • Coach is notified
  • Student is required to meet with academic advisor (tutoring suspended until meeting has been held)

3rd no-show:

  • Academic advisor is notified
  • Coach is notified
  • Student's tutoring privileges suspended for remainder of academic quarter
