Russell Robertson offers tips on staying healthy and safe as the temperature soars

CHICAGO --- Temperatures are expected to remain above the 90-degree mark throughout much of the United States as the nation has its first bout with a prolonged period of hot weather for 2010. In this audio commentary, Dr. Russell Robertson, professor of family medicine at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine, discusses symptoms of heat-related illnesses and tips for beating the heat.
