EVANSTON, Ill. --- As oil continues to leak after the destruction of the Deepwater Horizon rig in the Gulf of Mexico, President Obama is not only calling for steps that will help ease the economic burden of those in the region impacted by the spill, but also for new policy designed to prevent such an incident from happening again. In this audio commentary, Clarke Caywood, professor of integrated marketing communications at Northwestern University, discusses the effectiveness of Obama's speech to the nation on the issue.
