More than $400 billion of yearly federal funding is at stake in the 2010 U.S. Census

EVANSTON, Ill. --- Beginning March 15, homes across the nation will start receiving their forms for the 2010 U.S. Census. In this audio commentary, Bruce Spencer, professor of statistics at Northwestern University, discusses the importance of the census. Spencer has worked with the U.S. Census Bureau in the past evaluating data.
