EVANSTON, Ill. --- New troop movements to Afghanistan are expected as soon as Christmas after President Obama’s speech announcing his new policies regarding the war there. Clarke Caywood, professor of integrated marketing communications at Northwestern University, discusses President Obama's communications strategy regarding Afghanistan.
