Off-year Elections Take Pulse of Voters

EVANSTON, Ill. --- Tuesday’s off-year elections marked the first time many Americans had gone to the polls since the election of President Obama a year ago. Kenneth Janda, Payton S. Wild Professor Emeritus of Political Science at Northwestern University, discusses the possible impact of the election results on the political sphere.
