EVANSTON, Ill. --- The London arrest of a United Airlines pilot for being intoxicated while on duty has been the latest in a number of high-profile incidents involving pilots for major air carriers. Aaron Gellman, professor of management and strategy at Northwestern University, discusses the incidents and their impact on the airline industry.
