EVANSTON, Ill. --- This Monday (Oct. 5) marks the official beginning of Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s first session on the United States Supreme Court. Victoria DeFrancesco-Soto, assistant professor of political science at Northwestern University, discusses Sotomayor's impact on both the court and the Latino community.
