EVANSTON, Ill. --- The debate over health care reform took to the floor of the U.S. House recently as President Obama outlined his proposal in an address to Congress. Jason DeSanto, senior lecturer in communication studies at Northwestern University, discusses the strategy behind Obama's speech.
