CHICAGO --- President Obama took to the airwaves this week to make his case for closing the U.S. prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba after Congress blocked funding for shuttering the facility. Joseph Margulies, associate professor of law at Northwestern University, discusses the issues surrounding the closure.
