William Reno on the Electoral Conflict in Kenya
Former United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan has agreed to help mediate an electoral conflict in Kenya that has resulted in violence. William Reno is an associate professor of political science at Northwestern University and says the outcome of the situation in Kenya has implications for the United States….
