Corona Named to New Post at Human Resources


Paul Corona, director of training and development at Human Resources at Northwestern University, has been named interim director of Human Resources Staffing, Development and Consulting for both campuses - effective Dec. 1.

EVANSTON, Ill. --- Paul Corona, director of training and development at Human Resources at Northwestern University, has been named interim director of Human Resources Staffing, Development and Consulting for both campuses - effective Dec. 1.

Guy E. Miller, associate vice president for human resources, said Corona will direct the Staffing Division and the HR Consulting staffs on both campuses and will continue to direct the HR Training and Development division. “The combination of these activities gives us a new opportunity for the integration of these HR functions to help deliver service and solutions with new efficiencies,” Miller said.

Corona, who has 21 years of human resources and related management experience, joined Northwestern in 2002 as director of training and development. He previously worked as Senior Manager of Professional Development at Deloitte & Touche, Manager of Leadership & Organization Development at Lucent Technologies and Strategic Marketing Consultant in the Office of the Chancellor at Indiana University.
