Getting from O'Hare International Airport to the Chicago Campus

By Car

This 19-mile trip will take approximately 30 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on traffic.

  1. The main airport exit will become I-190 East. Continue on I-190 for two miles.
  2. Take the exit onto I-90 East. Continue on I-90 for 13 miles.
  3. Take the 50B exit to merge onto West Ohio Street.
  4. Turn left at North State Street.
  5. Turn right at East Chicago Avenue. The campus is east of North Michigan Avenue and south of Chicago Avenue.

By Public Transit

Subway (the "El")

  1. Take the CTA Blue Line (Loop) train from O'Hare to the Jackson stop in Chicago's Loop.
  2. Exit the train and walk one block east on Jackson Boulevard to the Red Line (Howard) train's Jackson stop.
  3. Take Red Line (Howard) train north to the Chicago stop.
  4. Walk east on Chicago Avenue about half-a-mile until you reach North Michigan Avenue. Refer to the campus maps to find specific locations.
